Manzanita Village has completed the design of their common house and 
submitted the plans for city approval.  Construction should begin shortly.

On a related topic, Manzanita Village now has guest housing available for 
those who wish to experience living in cohousing and Prescott, Arizona for 
an extended period of time.  It is a completely furnished studio unit
