In the San Francisco Bay area, I have successfully attracted most of my
community through Craigslist. It started here, but I checked and sure
enough, Boston now has it. http://boston.craigslist.org/ Though Eve
requested only sending this info to her, I thought others on the list in
one of their 16 cities might find this a useful resource.... if you
have some rental spaces.

I haven't been able to connect with any co-owners through it, but do
find lots of renters. You can see an example of the ad I use at
http://www.craigslist.org/sfo/pen/roo/5542249.html
Don't be shocked at Bay area rental amounts....but then I think Boston
is pretty pricey, too?

We expect to buy our second building this month or next and are
definitely looking for some co-owners at this point.
