Interesting piece, Jim. One of the initiatives I've been interested in TCN
undertaking is a bonafide study of resale values in coho. A partnershp
between the Network and a univeristy, perhaps with a graduate student team
taking the lead toward their dissertations or theses, would be a good way
to structure it.

For my part, of course, I'd love to publish results in the Journal.
