Of course, there are affluent people of any color, although the 
distribution is unbelievabe. Of course, one can attempt to attract 
people of any color to cohousing without linking it to affordability. 
But also of course, the more affordable a housing unit is, the more 
truly diverse the mix of people who will be able to afford it will be.
