floorplans for small units

Wild Sage Cohousing (Boulder) has a 640 sq. ft. one-bedroom unit, that lives
above a three car carport. You can see the floorplan at
wildsagecohousing.org under the virtual tour section. Look for "Unit C,"
and when the floor plan comes up, scroll to the left.

Although this home hasn't been built yet, one thing I like about it is the
large bedroom, 9x17. Three of us who will be living in this model (that is,
each in our own house, but the same floorplan) plan to partition the bedroom
with a screen or room divider to create a small office, studio or meditation
space. The unit also has a large deck in front, which, for me, will be a
second living room 8 months out of the year.

You can also see a floorplan for a 672 sq ft home which will be part of
Quail's Nest Cohousing in Longmont Colorado at
http://geocities.com/quailsnestlongmont/. Click on the "About Quail's Nest"
button, then the "Floor Plans" button towards the top of the page. This "A"
Unit floor plan includes an accessible bathroom and patio.

In about 18 months, I'll let you know how the "C" unit floor plan shakes out
in reality.
