We don't fund things that detailed. An amount was agreed to that would have
created a small patio/entry with hired contractors, or a larger patio done
with community labor. Or whatever. We often fund things in chunks and let
those running the project decide how to spend it. As it turned out, the
patio coordinators made up a complicated system of expectations and
credits, and expanded the project, to which, to my surprise, the community
readily agreed to. So, if I understand it right, a few people who did quite
a bit of labor, got paid something. Since I was not one of them, I don't
actually know who got paid how much. Nor do I care. The project did get
done, we debriefed it already and its history now, except the unfinished
20%.

I'm guessing that funded means funding for materials and not
labor?
