We are interested in trading our home in Heartwood Cohousing in southwest
Colorado, for a few days or a week between December 23, 2003 and January
5, 2003.  We are located 20 miles from Durango, one hour from Durango Mnt.
Resort (Purgatory) and 1 1/2 hou rs from Wolf Creek Ski area.  You could
cross-country ski or snowshoe in the high country.  Our home is a cozy
three bedroom straw-clay home, with earth plasters and wood.  A granny
suite may also be available.  Heartwood is a rural community nestled amon
gst a pinion-juniper and ponderosa forest.  We would like to trade for a
home in community or some other great situation within an eight hour drive
