Not true, Robin.

I have installed 31 and lived in 2 homes with hydronic, in floor radiant
heat and they are great for those with allergies, including my wife.  They
are especially good if you can do them with a hard floor surface of some
kind, and I prefer polished, acid washed concrete.   The hard surface can
be damp mopped as often as you like to keep dust from accumulating.  And
dust does not spread up into the room because there is no significant air
movement to spread it.

Heating systems that push air around are tough for those with allergies...
