I have never heard of radant floors causing dust problems as the temperatue of the floor is very low ~ 80 deg. This would surely be more serious with standard radiator and forced air systems. I have spec'd all radiant slabs here at the Second Nhbrhd, EcoVillage at Ithaca with no concern expressed yet. People have been living with them for several months now. Anecdotally I would say that the air handling systems spec'd for the first nbhd have created some dust problems though. (I haven't lived with floor heating myself, but was told this by another architect).
