Hello
Are there are members of communities out there that could share 
experiences about the road to move-in. How hard was it financially? 
Were there times when it felt like the group was tapped out 
financially and like there was a dark cloud looming over head to rain 
on your parade? So in general I would like to hear about that.

 I would like to hear from individuals who worked really hard to help 
their groups move forward and were uncertain about being able to 
move-in themselves due to financial constraints. The part I really 
want to hear is ,"it all works out in the end" sorts of stories.
