Hi Bren.

We are in the process of doing just that. We are going to give the development 
rights to the Vermont Land Trust in perpetuity. The land will never be 
developed. The reasons we did this are that the town really liked knowing that 
the development rights would be held by an entity that has national respect, 
and also that we ourselves would like for the land never to be developed.
