Cohousing-L Mailing List: problems at move-in time?

Hi,
Great Oak Cohousing in Ann Arbor Michigan will be open for business
sometime this June. We're trying to be proactive about setting up some
processes, policies, or whatever to deal with problems that might come up
around our move-in time, or shortly thereafter.

Are there any issues that commonly cause problems in communities around
this time? How have you handled them? We'd welcome any information,
suggestions, or warnings you might have. Thanks,
