If it does help, you can note that at RoseWind, the CH ground rules 
include (for any users, members or outside groups) No incense, scented 
candles, smudge, or other intentional fragrances. 

We learned the hard way, after a meditation group incensed the place and 
several of us couldn't be in there for days. 

I urge you to take a strong stand- this is access stuff, just as much as 
wheelchair access. If it's full of fragrance, I'm just as excluded as a 
person in a wheelchair confronted with a long flight of stairs.
