A Co-Housing Variation:

Straight DWF, 52 truly misses the â??hanging outâ?? quality of living with
room mates.  Seeks house mates (men/women) to purchase a home and live
cooperatively.  Lifestyle preferences: healthy, harmonious, good food with
vegetarian/vegan inclination, yoga, NPR.  Music: most including jazz,
blues, rock & roll, classical.  Like animals, need to live with at least
one dog; modestly believe that mine is the best on the planet.  He is
social with people, dogs, possibly cats.  Not knowledgeable about
gardening but good at pulling weeds, planting flowers/vegetables,
watering.  Living cooperatively lowers housing costs, raises living
standards and meets the fundamental social need of connecting with other
human beings.  A model for this arrangement exists.  Platonic.
