Lynn,

Is there a point person to arrange the child care? If no one schedule
child care, then having someone show up at the door to do child care will
not happen.

At Eno Commons, we know our meeting dates for all of 2003. If you have
someone that does child care, you can then ask them what dates they can
commit to. The dates that they can not commit to, you need to find
alternatives.

One of the folks who does child care for us has already committed for
meetings out to May. This does not mean there will not be emergencies
(inclement weather, sickness) but at least you are not scrambling at
every meeting.
