If no one schedule child care, then having someone show up at the door to do child care will not happen. At Eno Commons, we know our meeting dates for all of 2003. If you have someone that does child care, you can then ask them what dates they can commit to. The dates that they can not commit to, you need to find alternatives. One of the folks who does child care for us has already committed for meetings out to May. This does not mean there will not be emergencies (inclement weather, sickness) but at least you are not scrambling at every meeting.
