Our average unit size is 825 square feet Our common house is programmed to be 4800 square feet So our units average about 17% the size of our common house. Does this common house size seem about right? Too large? Too small?
I don't think there is a right or wrong size. :-)According to my estimates for Manzanita Village of the 14 units built so far, the average size is about 1260 sq. ft. The smallest unit available is 827. The common house will be just under 3100 sq. ft.
