However...it does sound like quite a big difference in size...are y'all planning on sleeping in the CH?? ;o) I don't know what our average unit size is. But certainly more than 825sf. Maybe 1100? Our CH is 2300sf. Small for a common house, but then again, we don't have a guest room. It has never felt too small. I think people get caught up in making the CH everything to everyone, and it ends up being a bear to clean, with several rooms going unused as a general rule. Ours is quite well-used. we have kitchen, dining, sitting rooms, laundry room, bathrooms, kids' room and a multi-purpose room upstairs that teens can use and has a tv and other recreational equipment at various times. It's sometimes the yoga room or a quiet meeting room. We've had guests sleep there. -- Liz Stevenson Southside Park Cohousing Sacramento, California tamgoddess [at] attbi.com _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe and other info: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L
