Sorry, sorry, sorry. I'm very bad at numbers and should have a proofreader before I post them.
Our recent resale was $_3_45,000 for a three bedroom with den and basement. This was condos, however, not freestanding homes on lots. AND there are not so many cohousing groups in the area, not within commuting distance to DC.
Soon, however, there will be another one in Silver Spring.
