My name is Carl Baccellieri, and my family and I currently live in
Hearthstone Cohousing in Denver, Colorado.  We're leaving on an adventure to
go and live in Bolivia, and begin an ecovillage there.  And so, as much as
we've loved all that's good about living in cohousing, we're putting our
home up for sale.

It's a lovely urban 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom town home with lots of windows
overlooking a spacious park with community gardens, a walking labyrinth,
farmer's market that comes to us and, well, like I say, it's been nice.

We had a guided tour of the interior made up, so it's easy to get a sense of
the home inside and out.

There are also two other homes for sale in the community - people leaving
for financial reasons.  They are both two bedroom homes and could be viewed
