Although most of Eno Commons (Durham, NC) are not vegetarians, we have
agreed to have at one vegetarian entree.

So if we are serving beef hot dogs, we will also serve vegetarian Smart
Dogs (Tofu Pups or what seems to be a good value).  If the cooking team
decides to serve all vegetarian entrees, that is also ok.

Allergies are somewhat more complicated.  Some we avoid altogether
(peanuts) and others we sometimes poll the individuals to see if they are
coming to dinner.  If they are, we may create a separate sans offending
item or leave it totally.  It depends.

Diana, if you do not have a site yet, why are you worrying about this
item now?  This is one item you can deal with as people move in and you
can then have a known list of allergies.
