You have an opportunity to live in cohousing for six months, possibly more.
One of our members is going on an extended leave, has one person renting a
bedroom in her house, and needs another single person to rent a room while
she's gone.

The house is a two-bedroom unit in Southside Park Cohousing in Sacramento,
CA. This is a 10 year old community in a residential part of downtown Sacto,
close to everything. Preference will be given to someone who is interested
in living and participating in cohousing, though it is not a requirement.
The other roommate is a hearing-impaired woman. You can have pets if they
aren't destructive and are well cared for. This is a non-smoking home. The
rental is from June 1st to December 1st, and possibly through the end of the
year.
