In response to Bob Stein's comment:

"Therefore I suggest that the evolved cohousing communities of the future 
will have worked out how to discriminate:  when to help, when to oust.  I 
suspect no group lasts without a capacity for both.  A hard question is 
where to draw the line."

My question is, legally and financially, how do you oust a member?  Are you 
talking about requiring them to sell and move out, or are you talking about 
ousting them from meetings?  Or does your comment apply only before the project 
has been built?
