Cohousing-L Mailing List: Cost range- HOA dues

Must be a bit pricier here in the Bay Area. Our top dues are currently $225,
and we hear Swan's Market has them higher than that. We are paying for use
of a pool and spa, but don't have the heating costs associated with living
somewhere that gets snow.
