I thought the quote on cohousing being the most expensive course of personal
growth came from Zev Paiss (in his former incarnation) as I personally heard
him say this to myself and others as we were developing Harmony Village. I
didn't like that quote, for a variety of reasons, but I suspect it is also
true.
