the lower half of home with a separate entrance and total privacy. 
It was designed to be a kitchen with small dining area, a small 
living room, a bedroom, a bath, and a large walk-in closet plus a 
patio and covered front porch.  The unit rents for $640 monthly 
including all utilities-- gas, electric, and city (trash, water, and 
sewage) plus cable for both TV and internet connection.  A lease is 
required.  The renter would have full Manzanita Village privileges.
