Meat at every meal

Here at Pleasant Hill cohousing we've been having two common meals a week
for nearly two years. The rule is there must be a vegetarian option, but
meat or not is up to the cook. We do try to accomodate people who can't eat
lactose with cheeseless items, and keep things separate sometimes for kids,
but those last two are again up to the cook. Most people, even the avowed
meat-lovers, will eat a veggie meal once or twice a week for the company.
People like me usually cook something to which meat can be added or veggie
protein can be added.
