Should individual "sponsorship" be allowed of community property?

I basically agree with Joe.  If something an individual wishes to
contribute is seen as useful by the community, that's a good thing.  I
don't feel that it implies that the giver will have any kind of special
power/privilege.  It hasen't been that way with us, as least so far...
