Dear Coho friends,
I am a member of Roberts Creek Cohousing in Britich Columbia
(http://www.cohousing.ca/robertscreek/index.html). We are 31 equity member
households in a project that is sold out and currently under construction.
We anticipate move in beginning Spring 2004.

We are in the process of formulating a set of guidelines and prohibitions
concerning common space as well as some set of agreements concerning Living
in Community.

I welcome the opportunity to read any materials your communities have
formulated to deal with these matters. I've taken on the task of
solicitating other coho communities and consolidating these materials into a
form our community can use in our discussions planned for early December.
