During the cohousing-l black out,  I sent info to the list on the 
following four sites/projects that might be of interest to some of you, 
your friends or your family.  (Thank you Fred for your hard work 
rebuilding cohousing-l.)

1) Seattle neighborhood of Ballard - 30+ unit site available at a 
reasonable price, on 24th Ave NW.  Master Use permit already in place.  
Expedited construction schedule possible.

2) Lawrence, Mass - potential ecovillage project in an old mill 
building, right on the Merrimac River, approximately 100 units, within 
1200 feet of new train station, 50 minute commuter rail ride to Boston. 
Major presentation and info session on Friday, March 12th.

3) Davis Square project under construction, in the Somerville/Cambridge 
area, Boston Metro.  Very nice loft project, approximately 30 units.  
Developer willing to convert to cohousing.

4) Stow, Mass - Potential multi-neighborhood 30 - 60 unit project.  38 
acre site.  One cohousing group already interested in one neighborhood.
