It sounds like you have a very clear picture of what YOU want to do on
this property! Cohousing, in my experience, requires a TON of letting go
of what *I* want individually in order to serve the greater needs of the
group. It's part of the definition of community. The more definitive you
are about what a community should or will be - buildings must be cob,
all residents must be vegetarian, whatever -- the more you limit who
might be interested in joining. There's a huge difference between a
group of people creating a shared vision together and one person finding
others to join in their dream. I imagine you might have a hard time
finding people who's dreams fit so exactly into yours.
