What are people's experiences with having coho members to do important jobs (which would otherwise be done by hired professionals) during the development of the project? Do they get paid? Do they receive sweat equity? Realtor? Attorney? Project coordinator? Architect? Financial manager? Builder? Is it better that these people remain neutral and the interaction with them be strictly professional?
