Dear Raines and Coho community,
Thank you for announcing the release of the recent AP news story about the 
Wild Sage cohousing community and the cohousing movement in general. We at 
Wild Sage are certainly very excited about this story.  However, there were 
a few inaccuracies which I'd like to take a moment to correct out of 
respect for those people who worked so hard to make this happen.

First of all this story was the outcome of successful partnership between 
the Wild Sage cohousing community marketing team and Abraham Paiss and 
Associates. The Coho/US organization was not involved in the story. They 
had no contact with the AP reporter and did not sponsor Abraham Paiss for 
their work. And although Wonderland Hill Development Company does play a 
key role in the Wild Sage marketing team, they were not otherwise involved 
in this effort.

The credit for getting this story out really goes to the strong partnership 
between the Wild Sage marketing team and Abraham Paiss and Associates (in 
particular Neshama Abraham Paiss who did the lion's share of the work on 
this.) The Wild Sage marketing team came up with clear marketing goals 
including an intention to achieve some national publicity.  Neshama helped 
us put together a press release and to get the attention of the proper 
people in the media. The community worked closely with Neshama to 
coordinate an early community dinner right around the time of our first 
move-ins, to offer some news hook to give the AP reporter a reason to come 
out to Wild Sage. In addition, we held media training with several 
community members to prepare them for speaking with the reporter in a way 
which would get our message out.

We at Wild Sage are very grateful that this story did finally come out and 
achieved such wide spread coverage. We are hopeful it will help convey the 
positive vision of cohousing nationally as well as help us to find our 
remaining few new neighbors here at Wild Sage.
