Cohousing-L Mailing List: Coho in Queens?

   We want to start a small co-op/cohousing project in Western Queens
(NYC).  We keep seeing 2-6 family houses that could be affordable  to
share with a few other cooperative, responsible people. Not a big coho
project, rather a group of people who want some sense of community to
buy a multi family house together.

    We are a couple, one with 2 decades of experience in intentional
