East Portland Cohousing in Portland OR presents two events this upcoming 
weekend:
 
Make creating community your new years aspiration.  Kathryn McCamant, coauthor 
of Cohousing: A contemporary Approach to Housing Ourselves, will present a 
slide show and discussion on Jan. 28 at 7:00pm at the Mennonite Church of 
Portland, 1312 SE 35th in Portland.  Attendees will have the opportunity to 
meet others living in cohousing in Portland and learn about the East Portland 
Cohousing Group's efforts to create a diverse community in close-in east 
Portland.  A $10 donation is requested to defray costs, but no one will be 
turned away.  Those serious about creating cohousing will also have the 
opportunity to register for a weekend workshop on Jan 29-30.  For more
