A single, underlying database drives both listings. Those on 
cohousing.org are a subset of the listings on directory.ic.org, 
filtered by Coho/US criteria.

Fun facts: the ICDC was named in the common house of Highline Crossing 
cohousing, Colorado, where techies from both organizations were 
gathered in spring '04. The roots of the collective go back to the mid 
90's.
