Hi there!

Here in Ashland we're hearing from some of the neighbors that they find 
aspects of co-housing very attractive (yet they have vociferously 
testified against us publicly).   Yesterday one of the neighbors 
expressed a possible interest in associate membership (IF we would 
reduce our density, but -- who knows?)   I liked the idea:  invite them 
to join us, rather than fight us.

 So, I'd like to hear from others who have associate membership 
arrangements with neighbors:  what are your arrangements?
