Hi All,

Chuck Durrett's email reminded me of a question I had while reading the 
discussion of Silver Sage cohousing a while back:  what exactly is the 
attraction of Senior Cohousing, as opposed to "normal" cohousing?

I realize, that as a cohouser in their late 20s, I might not be able to 
fully grasp this, but I'm at a loss to figure out what the attaction is 
(personally, I'd feel the same about a community containing only my age 
group).
