Yes this is the sort of thing I had in mind.  Some of these already  
exist, some would need to be created.

Having done some of this hosting work in the past, I'm looking for  
someone else to do it.  Partially because it's not the way I want to  
spend my time and partially because I'd rather have someone who is  
going to do this with some volume to get the costs down.
