That sounds like a lot but how far are you from move-in? We started having meetings every two weeks as soon as we moved in and I think we might have done better to meet more frequently that first year and then cut back. But we never met weekly.
You have to really do something exciting to do it every week! Baseball games? Dinner? Poker?
