When we began we wanted all or some of these relationships. Our lawyer advised us that if we had all these relationships we would be functioning more like a club than a condo and would need to function as a different legal entity. She advised us to hold off on that until we got our physical plant under control.

It was very wise advice. We have just not had the space or the labor to support all these programs.

We have owners and residents. Some residents sign a form and become associate members and thus have the full rights of members and are expected to participate on the same basis. Associate members cannot vote on issues that would increase condo fees (since they don't pay them).

People who do not live here are welcome as guests of residents.
