Fellow Cohousers, Recently, one of our in-the-floor radiant heating pipes sprung a leak when a carpet strip nail was pulled up. We've also had leaks that dripped into units below. I've come across a system, the only one I know of, that can be installed over existing flooring or as new flooring. Unlike tubes covered by lite-crete this system can be easily repaired without tearing up concrete. In geographic areas of vast temperature change in the course of a day, the EasyFloor system changes ambient room temperature in 45 minutes vs 8-10 hours. Details at http://www.florheat.com By way of disclosure, I have begun to act as a referral source for EasyFloor. Charles Maclean Living at Trillium Hollow Cohousing
