"Minor" is relative, of course. I mean "minor" in the sense that it is "only" a paradigm shift, not a paradigm shift PLUS finding all the people, selling all the units, designing the buildings. getting permits, convincing the bankers, finding contractors, passing zoning, getting the building up and draining water properly. While working full time in an unrelated field.
