What experiences do people have buying private homes which adjoin existing,
established cohousing communities? I've seen a few adjacent homes listed
here from time to time.

Do you have stories of what has worked well as neighbors (who live in
separate homes and are not members of the HOA) participate in your
community? What have been real issues? How about unfounded fears?

In this vein, do you have special fees for neighbors who want to regularly
make use of your cohousing community? Who attend common meals? Can they use
your guest rooms?
