This is a Holistic Neighborhood we hope to convert into more of a Cohousing 
Retrofit Neighborhood (eventually).

Currently there are several possibilities to Rent a small unit/apt. here until 
we can assemble more Plans/direction.

It's possible you can buy a house/property.  Consider renting until something 
comes on the market to your liking.
