A unit at Cambridge Cohousing (MA), an eight-year old urban cohousing
community, has just come up for sale. It is a 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath,
1495 square foot townhouse opening onto our paved patio, near the
common lawn, and adjoining other townhouses with children. Asking

Cambridge Cohousing is a multigenerational community, with residents
ranging in age from toddlers to octogenarians, and we have a variety
of activities in our shared indoor and outdoor spaces. The Common
House has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, library,
children's play rooms, exercise room and rec room, where we enjoy
meals together 2-3 times a week, holiday parties, concerts and poetry
readings, or unique events like our annual "No Talent" Show, which
gives young actors and singers a chance to shine. Outside, children
climb/swing on the play structure in summer and ice skate in winter,
while gardeners tend flowers or vegetables near by.

We are eager to find a family or young couple to maintain the age
diversity that makes our community such a delightful place to live. If
