for a full time Director of Sales & Marketing.  WHDC specializes in
developing and building sustainable communities, including cohousing
communities. This position reports to the President & oversees all of
the marketing and sales functions. Candidates applying for this position
must have strong real estate sales, marketing, and management
experience, must have the ability to conceptualize and execute a full
sales and marketing program and be experienced with all facets of real
estate sales & marketing from project feasibility through closing.
Position requires some evening and weekend work.  Salary range $70-$90K
