I'll try to make some screenshots of it. Unfortunately, I don't have the time
to make a demo system, and it's integrated with our automated billing system
etc. etc. so it's hard to give someone who isn't participating/paying a demo
account.

Our system evolved out of a system to just bill for meals -- with online
signup, someone doesn't have to enter diner details to do the billing, so it
saves some time. It also emails bills out (we actually use the billing portion
of the system for both our meals program and household Internet access and
have used it in the past to bill our shared truck usage).

We have to have regular, periodic billing because cooks are reimbursed as soon
as they turn in receipts (this is very important for household cash flow). And
since cooks only shop for the number for diners that have signed up to
minimize wastage, a central buyer would not work in our current setup.
