Hi All:

Coho has now sold 32 out of our 34 units and we should break ground and
start building in early September (yeah!!).  

So, our Meals committee is starting to work on our meals program.  The main
thing we need are vegetarian recipies to feed a crowd.  I am going to build
a Cohousing Vegetarian Cookbook in PDF format with any recipies I can find.
This cookbook will be available to anyone who wants a copy.

So, if you are willing to share some recipes, please send them to
cookbook [at] cohousing-corvallis.com.

Or, if someone has already done this (compiled vegetarian recipes to feed a
crowd), can you let me know about it?
