Cohousing-L Mailing List: Common house use

We are updating our common house CRAs and looking for experience with managing
the interface between common house residents (knowing this is unusual) and
events in the common house.  Our residents have a private wing, but share even
that with guest rooms.  They share the common kitchen, dining and living rooms
with the community and with events using those spaces.  We are navigating a
space between folks who love to have events (music jam sessions, local garden
club, contra dancing etc.) and folks who prefer more privacy.  We live in a
rural setting which is quite safe and friendly.

Tried and true agreements would be most welcome!
