Hi,
I would like to add that our project, Caer Coburn, would be a great 
possibility.

We are in SE VT and our 100-125 parcel is amidst 800+ acres, most of 
which is in conservation.

Our membership fees are reasonable and includes an improved house lot 
and the additional acreage for the community. Each household is 
responsible for building their own house, so that the cost will be 
determined by the members.

Our site includes woods, wetlands, a waterfall, an agricultural field of 
5 acres, and a brook, as well as river frontage.

We are planning a community garden and a possible orchard, and we might 
have a community barn. We are open to suggestions from the members as we 
are still in the initial stages of creating the community.

Our town, Rockingham, has undergone a renaissance with a number of fine 
resteraunts (also family resteraunts and a period diner), cafes, art 
galleries, book stores, and antique shops. A number of the buildings in 
Bellows Falls have been restored, including our movie theatre which has 
a large screen, Dolby Digital Surround Sound, and admission process of 
$4.00- the concession stand process are pretty inexpensive as well. 
During the season, we also have a farmers' market and there are a number 
of farm stands in the area too.
